Terms of Use
Last updated 3 September 2026
SiteRack is a product of Driven Development, LLC (“we”, “us”). These terms cover your use of it. By creating an account you agree to them.
What SiteRack does
SiteRack monitors WordPress sites and tells you about plugin vulnerabilities, malware, site activity and WordPress security updates. It is a monitoring tool. It does not manage your sites and it does not fix problems for you.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them current.
- Keep your password and second factor to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
Your sites
- Only connect sites you own or are authorised to manage.
- Connecting a site means installing the SiteRack plugin on it. You can disconnect at any time.
- Your sites remain yours to run, including acting on what SiteRack reports.
Acceptable use
Don’t use SiteRack to monitor sites you have no right to access, to attack or overload our service or anyone else’s, or to resell access without our agreement.
Plans and prices
- Features, plans and prices may change. We’ll tell you before a change affects what you pay.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go to Stripe, not to us.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment; it doesn’t refund the current period.
Availability
We aim to keep SiteRack running and its information current, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Monitoring depends on your sites being reachable and on the SiteRack plugin being active and up to date.
No guarantee of security
SiteRack reports problems it can detect. It cannot detect everything, and the absence of an alert is not proof that a site is safe. It is one part of keeping a site secure, not a replacement for backups, updates and good practice.
Liability
SiteRack is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of it, including a site being compromised.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you agree to that venue.
Ending your use
Close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We’ll update this page when the terms change. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
